About Glow
Therapy & Coaching for Women, by Women
Glow is a women-centered group practice in Los Angeles, created for women ready to bring awareness to the patterns that have kept them stuck, so they can become their most authentic selves: confident, whole, and at home in who they are.
Our clinicians specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, insecure attachment, trauma, depression, relationships, dating, and self-worth. At Glow, we take an integrative approach. Each clinician brings her own style and specialties, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, somatic experiencing, and nervous system regulation.
Whether in person in Los Angeles or online across California, Glow is a space to slow down, feel safe, and come home to yourself, so you can glow from the inside out.

FAQs
Common Questions
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share in session is protected and private. There are a few legal exceptions every therapist is required to follow, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult. Your clinician will walk you through these at your first session so you know exactly what to expect.
